Its sad that we will never see those lovely Posh boobs ever again ! .... they ve starred in so many photo shoots and red carpet appearances. Alas, Posh has had the reduction operation and that flaunting and pouting phase of her life is in the past. All is not lost however, Posh still knows how to put on a show when she wants to..... she can still wow the waiting cameramen and make all the newspapers and magazines....
